EMBROIDERY FAQs

HOW CAN I GET MY AIRMED SCRUBS EMBROIDERED?

Please go to the product page and select the style and size top/jacket you are interested in.

 

  1. Click “Add embroidery”.
  2. Choose the name placement.
  3. You may choose to add your name/title and use up to two lines.
  4. Choose colour of text and font.
  5. Read over the terms and conditions of Embroidery and tick the box if you are happy to proceed.
  6. Click “Add” to bag.

You also have the option to add any Airmed designed icon or add both name and an icon.

WHAT AIRMED ITEMS CAN I GET EMBROIDERED?

We offer embroidery on all our Essential Scrub Tops, Signature Tops, Fleece Vests and Jackets and Scrub Jackets

WHAT FONTS, COLOURS AND SIZE DO YOU OFFER FOR EMBROIDERY?

We offer a script and block text/font in black or white. Both our script and block text embroidery will measure approximately 1cm height in height.

If characters are long or maxed, the letters could potentially shrink or condense in height.

HOW LONG DOES EMBROIDERY TAKE?

Orders with embroidered items will take up to 10 business days to ship.

 

We recommend making separate orders if you require your non-embroidered products earlier than dispatch time.

CAN I ADJUST AN EMBROIDERY AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed.

 

Our fulfilment team and embroidery team are continuously processing orders so it is not guaranteed that a member of our customer care team can reach your inquiry before the order is shipped.

 

All embroidery items are final sale.

CAN I HAVE A LOGO EMBROIDERED?

We are unable to accommodate for individual orders to have personal logos embroidered.

CAN I RETURN AN EMBROIDERED ITEM?

Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
